Our goal is to help you find skincare, wellbeing, and lifestyle products that suit your individual needs. We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, but if something does not feel right, please contact us. We will always do our best to find a fair and thoughtful solution.
Voluntary Returns and First-Time Skin Match Guarantee
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer the following voluntary return options.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Unopened Products
Every product sold by Brewing Beauty Company is backed by a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee when returned unopened, unused, in its original condition, and with any hygiene or safety seal intact, unless otherwise stated.
First-Time Skin Match Guarantee
Trying a new skincare brand online can feel personal, and we want your first Brewing Beauty experience to feel considered and reassuring.
For first-time customers, we offer a voluntary First-Time Skin Match Guarantee on one eligible full-size product from your first order. If the product does not feel like the right match for your skin, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help.
To be eligible, the product must be at least 75% full, and the return must be approved by us before it is sent back. This guarantee can be used once per customer and household.
The First-Time Skin Match Guarantee is intended to support genuine first-time customers in finding a suitable skincare match. It does not apply to gift cards, sets, bundles, samples, discounted items, bulk orders, repeat purchases, B2B or commercial purchases, resale activity, product testing, competitor research, or suspected misuse.
We reserve the right to refuse a voluntary refund where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the guarantee is being misused or used outside its intended purpose.
Except where accepted under the First-Time Skin Match Guarantee, opened or used cosmetic products are excluded from return for reasons of health protection and hygiene, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or another legal right applies.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
We do not accept exchanges, only returns.
How Do I Return an Item?
To request a return, please contact us through our contact form and include your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for return.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We are unable to accept online return requests for products purchased in our Berlin manufactory store. However, if your order was placed online, you may return approved items at our Berlin manufactory store. Please bring your invoice with you.
Return Shipping
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or the return is due to our mistake. In such cases, please contact us first so we can arrange the return with you.
Please pack your return carefully, ideally using the original shipping packaging if you still have it. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are damaged, lost, delayed, or undeliverable on their way back to us.
Unfortunately, we also cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect addressing, or failure to collect the package.

What Happens After We Receive Returned Products?
Once we receive your return, we will carefully examine the item and notify you through the contact details provided with your return request.
We aim to assess all returns fairly and transparently. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a voluntary refund if the return does not meet the conditions of this policy, if the item is returned without prior approval where approval is required, or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the policy is being misused.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
For returns under the statutory EU right of withdrawal, we refund the purchase price of the returned item and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable. We do not refund additional delivery costs if you chose a more expensive shipping option.
For returns accepted under our voluntary return policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee and First-Time Skin Match Guarantee, we refund the purchase price of the eligible returned product only. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded unless required under German or European Union law, or unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, or our mistake.
For customers outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, courier handling fees, and similar charges are not refunded by Brewing Beauty Company.
Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check your bank account or payment provider.
Then contact your card issuer or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact form.
International Customers Outside the EU
For customers outside the European Union, returns are handled under our voluntary return policy.
Please contact us before sending any return from outside the EU. Returned parcels should be clearly marked as “Returned goods, no commercial value” to help avoid unnecessary customs charges.
Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, courier handling fees, and similar charges are not refunded for international voluntary returns.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that apply under German or European Union law.
Your Legal Right of Withdrawal, EU Customers
In addition to our voluntary return policy, EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
For sealed cosmetic products that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may expire once the seal has been removed after delivery.

Nothing in this voluntary return policy limits your statutory rights.
