Yes, the 15-minute online consultation is complimentary.
Online consultations are currently held in English.
If possible, join with clean, bare skin, without makeup or leave-on skincare products, so Serap can see your skin as clearly as possible. Good natural or neutral lighting is also helpful, and you may want to have the skincare products you currently use nearby.
No. The online consultation focuses on skincare guidance and product selection. Our in-store Skin Analysis includes objective skin measurements.
Serap can send you the Brewing Beauty products and routine discussed during your consultation.
