We are proudly located in the historic Heckmann-Höfe courtyard in central Berlin-Mitte, Germany. Our manufactory store is both a boutique and production space — you can find us on Google Maps.

All of our products are handcrafted and packaged on-site in our Berlin manufactory store. Customers can watch the process through our transparent in-store lab, ensuring complete honesty and freshness in every product.

Our packaging is chosen with sustainability in mind. We primarily use glass and aluminum, which can be safely reused and recycled. Customers are invited to return empty containers as part of our Reuse Return Reward program, helping reduce waste and extend the life of our packaging.

Yes. We follow a zero-waste, demand-driven production model:

  • Products are made in small batches to prevent overproduction and waste.
  • We avoid plastics whenever possible, focusing on recyclable and reusable materials.
  • Every returned container is cleaned, sterilized, and reused — saving resources and energy.

This approach ensures customers enjoy the freshest skincare, while supporting the planet.

Through our Reuse Return Reward program, you receive €3 credit for every container returned in-store.

  • Reusable containers are cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized in our lab for safe reuse.
  • If a container can’t be reused for cosmetics, we repurpose it (e.g., for candles or diffusers).
  • Only when reuse or repurposing isn’t possible do we recycle — because for us, recycling is the last resort before waste.

All products are scientifically formulated in our R&D lab and freshly prepared in our Berlin manufactory store. We follow strict hygiene and quality procedures, guided by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the principles of ISO 22716 to ensure safety and consistency. Each batch is carefully produced in small quantities to guarantee freshness and traceability.

Products & Ingredients

Our products are free from synthetic preservatives. Instead, we rely on natural preservation methods such as carefully selected plant extracts, essential oils, vitamins, and strict hygiene during production. Every batch is made fresh in small quantities and tested before release. Because our formulas are 100% natural, they have a shorter shelf life (around 6–9 months after opening) compared to conventional cosmetics — ensuring you always use fresh, active skincare.

No — our products are 100% paraben-free.

Parabens are synthetic preservatives commonly used in cosmetics. While they are legally permitted in limited concentrations, studies have raised concerns about potential hormone disruption and skin irritation. We believe natural alternatives are safer and more beneficial, which is why we never use parabens in our formulations.

Yes. We created our Calibrate Collection specifically for sensitive and reactive skin.

This collection is enriched with pre- and probiotic ingredients, oat lipids, liquorice root, and wild indigo extract, helping to soothe irritation, reduce redness, and support the skin’s natural microbiome.

The Calibrate line can also be used year-round by anyone seeking gentle, balancing skincare.

Our philosophy combines phytonutrients from plants with functional natural actives to address skin’s changing needs throughout the year.

Phytonutrients are plant-based compounds that give fruits and vegetables their colours, flavours, and natural defenses — and they also provide benefits for human skin.

At Brewing Beauty Co., we focus on four key phytonutrient groups:

  • Carotenoids (orange-red plants like sea buckthorn & carrots) – antioxidants that support renewal and protect from oxidative stress.
  • Bioflavonoids (fruits & flowers with vitamin C) – enhance vitamin C absorption, shield against pollution, and support collagen.
  • Anthocyanins (berries, cherries, purple plants) – antioxidants that protect from environmental stress, sun exposure, and pigmentation.
  • Chlorophylls (green plants) – naturally soothing, cooling, and antimicrobial.

Yes! We offer personalized skin consultations in our Berlin manufactory store. Our team uses a skin analysis device to recommend the best routine for your needs. You can book an appointment directly on our website under Consultations, or visit us in-store.

Subscribers receive updates on new collections, exclusive offers, and skincare tips directly from our Berlin manufactory.

Orders

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • If you created an account, you can also check the status anytime under My Orders.
  • If you checked out as a guest, you can follow the tracking link in your email.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first:

  • Check with neighbours or your local delivery point.
  • Look for a delivery notice from DHL.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at hello@brewingbeauty.co with your order number, and we’ll assist you right away.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us immediately at hello@brewingbeauty.co with your order number. We’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

Your invoice/receipt is always sent digitally by email once your order has shipped.

No paper invoice is included in the package — making it easy to send gifts without showing the price.

Refunds & Returns

Yes. We accept returns of both unopened and lightly tested products, with different timelines depending on the condition. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

To start a return, please email us at hello@brewingbeauty.co. with your order number. We’ll guide you through the steps.

  • If your item is faulty or we made a mistake, we’ll provide a free return label.
  • In all other cases, please arrange your own return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days after your return has been received and approved. It may take an additional 3–5 working days for your bank or card provider to post it.

  • Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 2–3 working days.

  • Germany: Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after shipping.
  • EU countries: Delivery may take 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
