Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within Germany usually takes up to 3 business days, and across Europe up to 10 business days.

Track your shipment
As soon as your package leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number, with which you can track the shipping status of your delivery online. Use the link provided in your email.
Please note that the tracking number only becomes active when it is registered with the shipping company. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later.
Heads up! Please take a moment to inspect your package when it arrives! If you notice any damage, let the shipping carrier know right away. While we're not responsible for any damage that happens during shipping, we're happy to help you navigate the process of filing a claim with them.
In-store Pickup
You can also pick up your order in our store in Berlin. To do so, please select In-store Pickup as a method of payment in the second ordering step. After completing your order you can generally pick up the items on the next business day. We will confirm via email that your order is ready for pick-up.
Orders that are placed after 8 a.m. on a Friday can be picked up on the following Monday (except holidays). For faster processing please indicate your order number, which is shown in the order confirmation e-mail.

- Every product sold by Brewing Beauty Company is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee in their unopened and original condition unless otherwise stated, as you have the statutory right of withdrawal.
- In addition, we will accept any product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least 75% full and received within 14 days of initial purchase.
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
How do I return an item?
Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in our Berlin manufactory store.
However, we accept returns for online purchases to our manufactory store if you happen to be in the neighbourhood. Please make sure to have your invoice with you.
Returns are at your own expense unless the product is faulty or the return is due to our mistake. In such cases, please contact us to arrange a free return.
Pack it with love! We're not responsible for any damage that might happen to your return while it's on its way back to us. So please pack it up carefully, maybe even using the original packaging if you still have it. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost while returning back to us due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package.

What happens after we receive returned products?
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you via email that we have received the returned item. We aim to assess all returns fairly and transparently. Please note that we reserve the right to decline a refund if our return policy is not respected.
Missing Refunds
In case you haven't received your refund after you are approved, recheck your bank account. Afterward, contact the credit card company because sometimes it takes time for the refund to be posted officially.
