Our delivery promise

We ship internationally with reliable, trackable delivery and a smooth customs experience.

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: up to 3 business days
  • European Union: up to 10 business days
  • Non-EU countries: delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

*International free shipping thresholds are defined in EUR and converted to the local currency at checkout. The displayed amount may vary slightly depending on current exchange rates.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is €20 (or the equivalent amount in the local currency).

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders with DHL. Orders shipped within Germany are sent using DHL GoGreen for climate-conscious delivery. International orders are shipped via DHL’s appropriate international services.

Shipping costs & free delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and order value.

Free shipping thresholds may apply depending on destination and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Duties, import taxes & customs

For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If applicable, the shipping carrier or local customs authority will contact you before delivery to arrange payment of these charges.

Please note that customs regulations and thresholds vary by country. We recommend checking your local customs rules if you are unsure whether import charges may apply. 

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, any return shipping costs or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Preorders & Mixed Orders

Some products may be offered as preorders. Estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page.

If your order contains both a preorder item and an in-stock item, the entire order will ship together once the preorder product is ready. This helps us avoid unnecessary packaging, reduce transport emissions, and keep shipping costs manageable.

If you would like to receive an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order for it. Separate shipments may incur additional shipping charges.

Track your shipment

As soon as your package leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number, with which you can track the shipping status of your delivery online.

Please note that the tracking number only becomes active once it is registered with the shipping company. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later.

Heads up! Please take a moment to inspect your package when it arrives. If you notice any damage, inform the shipping carrier immediately. While we are not responsible for shipping damage, we are happy to support you with the claim process.

In-store Pickup

You can also pick up your order in our store in Berlin. Please select In-store Pickup during checkout. Orders are usually ready by the next business day, and we will notify you by email once your order is ready.

Orders placed after 8 a.m. on Fridays can be collected from the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Order completion & rewards

Please note that when an order is considered completed depends on the delivery method.

  • Shipped orders are completed once fulfilled and a tracking number is assigned. Brewy Circle points are credited automatically.
  • In-store pickup orders are completed once collected and marked as completed in our system.

Brewy Circle points are credited after fulfillment. Orders awaiting shipment or pickup will not yet display points.
