At Brewing Beauty Co., every product is crafted in small batches in our Berlin manufactory. We don’t mass-produce or warehouse large quantities — we create what’s needed, when it’s needed, so every bottle and jar feels as fresh as the ingredients inside.
Sometimes a batch sells through before the next one is ready. Our Pre-order Program ensures you can still secure your favourite skincare without missing a release.
Why we offer pre-orders
Pre-orders allow us to stay true to our craft:
- Freshness first — each batch is made intentionally, not rushed.
- Zero-waste thinking — we avoid overproduction.
- Fair allocation — you can reserve a product even when the current batch is gone.
It’s our way of balancing the rhythm of small-batch manufacturing with customer demand, while keeping the experience clear and reliable for you.
How pre-orders work
When a product is temporarily out of stock and pre-orders are enabled, you’ll see a Pre-order button instead of “Add to cart.”
Here’s what happens next:
- You place a pre-order.
- Your product is reserved in the next scheduled batch.
- We produce, fill, and quality-check your item.
- Once it’s ready, we ship it straight to you and send a confirmation email.
Every pre-order product includes an estimated shipping window, so you know what to expect.
Your payment options
To give you flexibility, we offer two ways to secure a pre-order:
- Pay in full now and save: A thank-you for supporting our small-batch rhythm. Pre-paying secures priority allocation, and you’ll receive a 10% discount on the product.
- Pay a 20 percent deposit: Prefer not to pay all at once? Reserve your product now and pay the balance when your order is ready to ship.

What about “Remind me when available”?
Not every product uses pre-orders.
When pre-orders are not enabled and an item temporarily sells out, you’ll see a “Remind me when available” button.
This option sends you a notification the moment a fresh batch becomes available again.
It’s perfect when you prefer to purchase once the product is back in stock rather than reserving it in advance.
Shipping information
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as the next fresh batch is ready.
If your order includes both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, we will ship everything together in one parcel once the pre-order is complete.
If you would like to receive an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order for that product.
This approach helps us reduce packaging waste, minimise transport emissions, and stay true to our small-batch production values.
Pre-order FAQ
Preorders can be cancelled within the statutory withdrawal period under EU law.
The withdrawal period begins upon delivery of the product—not at the time of preorder. Full details, including your rights for cancellations and refunds, are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Each product displays an estimated window based on its next production run.
If anything shifts, we’ll let you know.
This depends on the promotion. In many cases pre-orders already benefit from a built in pre-order advantage, for example the 10 percent Pay in full option. If a discount code is valid for pre-orders, this will be shown in the promotion details.
Pre-orders are always linked to a planned production batch. In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, we will contact you and arrange a full refund of any amount you have paid for the product.
No. The “Remind me when available” email is a notification only. It does not reserve stock.
