Ordering and Payment
- Products become property of the User only upon full payment.
- Prices include VAT; shipping fees are shown separately.
- We accept various secure payment methods through third-party processors. We do not store your payment details.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping details and eligible destinations are found on our Shipping & Returns page. Products can also be collected from our Berlin store.
Failed Deliveries
We are not liable for issues resulting from inaccurate information or failed delivery attempts. Reshipment costs may apply.
If you return a product to us, please ensure it is packaged securely—ideally using the original packaging. Brewing Beauty Co. cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit during return shipping. Returns remain the responsibility of the sender until they arrive safely back at our facility.
Likewise, if an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or failure to collect, and is subsequently lost or damaged in return transit, we are not liable for compensation.
5A. Preorders
5A.1 Nature of Preorders
Some products may be offered via preorder. A preorder reserves an upcoming batch unit before the product is ready for dispatch. Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page. These dates are indicative and may vary depending on production scheduling, ingredient availability, or operational factors.
5A.2 Payment for Preorders
Customers may be offered:
a) Full payment at the time of preorder, or
b) Partial payment (deposit), where only a percentage is charged at checkout and the remaining amount is automatically collected once the order is ready to ship.
By placing a preorder, you authorize Brewing Beauty Co. (via our payment processor) to collect the applicable payment(s).
5A.3 Charging the Remaining Balance (for Deposit Preorders)
If you choose a deposit option, the remaining balance will be charged automatically to the same payment method once inventory for your preorder becomes available. You will be notified before the remaining balance is collected, provided your email address is valid and reachable.
5A.4 Shipping & Delivery of Preorders
Preorders ship once the production batch has completed filling, packaging, and quality checks.
Shipping dates shown on the product page are estimates and may change. Brewing Beauty Co. is not responsible for delays caused by supply chain interruptions, ingredient availability, production adjustments, logistics partners, or force majeure.
5A.5 Combining Preorders with In-Stock Items
If you purchase in-stock items together with a preorder product, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready to ship.
This supports efficient fulfillment, reduces packaging waste, and minimizes transport emissions.
If you prefer to receive in-stock items earlier, you may place a separate order for those items. Additional shipping costs apply for separate shipments.
5A.6 Cancellation of Preorders by the Customer
Preorders can be cancelled within the statutory withdrawal period under EU law (see Section 6).
The withdrawal period begins upon delivery of the product—not at the time of preorder.
5A.7 Cancellation of Preorders by Brewing Beauty Co.
We may cancel a preorder if production becomes impossible or commercially unreasonable (e.g., supply shortages). In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
5A.8 Changes to Preorder Terms
Specific preorder conditions (deposit amount, discounts, production timelines) displayed on the product page form part of these Terms.
5B. Brewy Circle Rewards & Referral Program
5B.1 Nature of the Programs
Brewy Circle Rewards and the Brewing Beauty Referral Program (“Programs”) are voluntary customer programs offered by Brewing Beauty Company. By creating an account or participating in the Programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the specific Program terms described in this Section 5B.
5B.2 Eligibility
The Programs are available to individuals aged 18 years or older with a valid customer account. Brewing Beauty Company may limit or exclude participation at its discretion, including for employees, wholesale partners, or accounts suspected of misuse.
5B.3 Earning Points
Points may be earned through eligible purchases or activities as described on our website or within the loyalty platform. Brewing Beauty Company may adjust point values, earning rules, or qualifying activities at any time without prior notice.
5B.4 Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed only for the rewards displayed in your account.
Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or refunded for money. Points cannot be applied to past purchases. Brewing Beauty Company may modify available rewards or redemption requirements at any time.
5B.5 Referral Program Terms
To qualify for referral rewards, the referred customer must be a new customer, must use the referrer’s unique referral link, and must complete a qualifying purchase that meets any minimum order value described on our website.
Brewing Beauty Company may decline or reverse referral rewards in cases of self-referral, duplicate accounts, or suspected misuse.
5B.6 Fraud & Misuse
Brewing Beauty Company may suspend or terminate participation, revoke rewards, or remove points if fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behavior is suspected, including—without limitation—creating multiple accounts, manipulating referral links, or attempting to exploit the Programs.
5B.7 Program Changes & Termination
Brewing Beauty Company reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Programs at any time. If the Programs are terminated, points that remain unused may expire automatically and will no longer be redeemable.
Although Brewy Circle points currently do not expire, Brewing Beauty Company reserves the right to introduce expiration periods or other conditions in the future. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be announced via website update or customer communication.
5B.8 Interaction with Returns & Refunds
If an order is returned or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.
If points were used to obtain a discount on an item that is later refunded, redeemed points will not be reissued.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within the statutory period. Details are provided in our Cancellation Policy.
7. Warranty and Returns
You are entitled to statutory warranty rights. Details on any extended guarantees are noted next to relevant products or sections.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. We are not responsible for indirect damages or disruptions due to third-party providers or force majeure.

We may provide access to tools or services from third-party providers (e.g., Klarna, PayPal, analytics services). These are offered “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Brewing Beauty Co. is not liable for any issues arising from the use of such third-party tools or services. Before using these tools, please review the respective provider’s terms and privacy policy.
