Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders with DHL using tracked delivery services. Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that any delivery or transit times shown on our website are estimates based on guidance provided by DHL and begin once your order has been dispatched. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times can vary due to factors outside our control, including customs clearance, local delivery partners, public holidays, peak shopping periods, severe weather and other disruptions within the carrier network. Delays may therefore occur, particularly during busy seasons.

Estimated transit times

The following transit times are provided as guidance and are based on DHL's current information for the respective destinations. They apply from the time your order is handed over to DHL.

Please note: These transit times are estimates provided by DHL and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once a shipment has been handed over to DHL, we do not have direct control over the actual transportation or delivery time.

International shipments in particular may take longer due to customs clearance, local delivery partners, public holidays, peak shipping periods, severe weather or other disruptions within the carrier network. Additional delays are also possible during particularly busy periods, such as the weeks leading up to Christmas.

Incomplete or incorrect address information, including an incorrect postal or ZIP code, house number or other details required for delivery, may also result in significant delays or the shipment being returned. Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

Germany & European Union
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Other European destinations
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

International destinations
United States, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping costs & free shipping

Shipping rates are based on the delivery destination and order value. All shipping thresholds are defined in EUR. If your store currency is different, the corresponding amount is converted at checkout and may vary slightly depending on the applicable exchange rate.

Free-shipping eligibility is calculated using the qualifying order value at checkout after discounts and before taxes.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is €20, or the equivalent amount in the local currency.

Shipping carrier

We ship all orders with DHL. Orders within Germany are sent using DHL GoGreen. International orders are generally shipped using DHL Paket International Premium, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Once a parcel has been handed over to DHL, its transportation and final delivery are handled through DHL and, where applicable, DHL's destination-country delivery partners.

Delivery address & address accuracy

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct recipient name, street and house number, apartment or unit information where required, city, postal or ZIP code and country.

We perform reasonable internal address checks where possible, but these checks cannot guarantee that customer-provided address information is complete, correct or deliverable.

Incorrect or incomplete address information can result in significant delays, failed delivery attempts or the parcel being returned to us. Once an order has been dispatched, changing or correcting the delivery address may be limited or no longer possible.

Where an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with the order causes a parcel to be returned, redirected or shipped again, additional carrier or reshipping costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

Duties, import taxes & customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or handling fees may apply depending on the destination.

Unless specifically shown as collected at checkout, these charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

If applicable, DHL, a local delivery partner or the customs authority may contact you before delivery to arrange payment or request additional information.

Customs regulations, documentation requirements and tax thresholds vary by country. Customs clearance can also extend the delivery time and is outside our direct control.

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because required customs duties, import taxes or other destination charges have not been paid, the parcel may be returned to us. Where permitted by applicable law, return shipping costs or other carrier charges incurred as a result may be deducted from any refund.

Preorders & mixed orders

Some products may occasionally be available for preorder. The expected availability or shipping date will be shown on the relevant product page.

If an order contains both a preorder product and an in-stock product, the entire order will normally ship together once the preorder item is ready. This helps us avoid unnecessary packaging, reduce transport emissions and keep shipping costs manageable.

If you would like to receive an in-stock product sooner, please place a separate order. Separate shipments are subject to the applicable shipping charges.

Track your shipment

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your tracking information.

Please note that tracking may not become active immediately. It can take some time after label creation and carrier collection before the first tracking event appears.

If tracking appears unusually delayed or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the expected transit time, please contact us and we will be happy to help investigate the shipment with DHL.

Damaged parcels

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging or products appear to have been damaged during transportation, please photograph the parcel and its contents and contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please also report visible transport damage to the delivery carrier. We will be happy to assist with the carrier claim and help resolve the issue.

In-store pickup

You can also collect your order from our Berlin store. Please select In-store Pickup during checkout.

Orders are usually ready by the next business day, and we will notify you by email once your order is ready for collection.

Orders placed after 8 a.m. on Fridays can normally be collected from the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Order completion & rewards

When an order is considered completed depends on the delivery method:

• Shipped orders are completed once fulfilled and a tracking number is assigned. Brewy Circle points are credited automatically.
• In-store pickup orders are completed once collected and marked as completed in our system.

Brewy Circle points are credited after fulfillment. Orders awaiting shipment or pickup will not yet display points.
