Blend one sachet of powder into a small (150ml) glass of milk or plant drink (coconut, nuts or grains) and mix vigorously until smooth. Feel free to adjust the amount of liquid to taste. Alternatively, this supplement can be added to food – yoghurt, muesli, oatmeal or whatever’s to hand – to supercharge a meal.
