HOW TO USE
Blend one sachet of powder into a small (150ml) glass of milk or plant drink (coconut, nuts or grains), and mix vigorously until smooth. Feel free to adjust the amount of liquid to taste. For best results, mix in a blender or protein shaker and serve chilled or over ice. Alternatively, this supplement can be added to food – yoghurt, muesli, oatmeal or whatever’s to hand – to supercharge a meal. However you decide to serve it, make sure to consume within 30 minutes of mixing.
